Work Contribution within RESOLVE
The Austrian Institute of Technology performs gene expression-, DNA methylation- and micro RNA expression analyses on human and mouse model systems using whole genome microarrays. Further quantitative proteomics are done on selected human tissue and plasma samples. The overall aim is to identify wound healing and repair mechanisms in aged humans and to define diagnostically relevant biomarkers which are integrated in targeted, diagnostic microarrays.
