RESOLVE’s major objective is to identify and characterize validated molecular targets which shift primary organ repair towards fibroproliferative wound healing as a result of age-related loss of regulatory control.

RESOLVE’s main approach is both functional and disease-oriented and will separate the most valuable targets from the abundance of gene functions related to organ repair. RESOLVE will employ all suitable measures of clinical outcome for assessment of improvement or worsening.
